Uncertain: the earliest archive date is unverified; the mailing and site addresses differ; the entity shows a past forfeiture and reinstatement; review counts are thin. A public terms page with refund and cancellation terms would change the terms and buyer protection grade; checkable sample listings would change the delivery evidence grade.
