I checked the homepage, about and team pages, link-building and search pages, terms and privacy pages, contact page, LinkedIn, Clutch, Yelp, Wayback and an Inc profile. The register search stayed incomplete, so the legal entity rests only on the terms naming Nifty Marketing LLC, with two Burley street addresses differing across LinkedIn and Yelp. Leadership is unclear, with the Inc profile naming Mike Ramsey and other public profiles differing, and the about-page roster did not extract cleanly. Whether the stated publisher network includes controlled sites remains unproven and stays out of the article. A public rate card would change the price transparency grade, published refund and replacement terms would change the terms and buyer protection grade, and live placement samples would change the delivery evidence grade.
