Uncertain or blocked: the Delaware domestic file number after an OpenCorporates 403, per-package word limits, complete twelve-month review recency, LinkedIn headcount behind a login wall, and third-party pickup claims not independently opened. Published word limits would change the price transparency grade; dated recency counts would change the independent reputation grade; a readable headcount would change the operational footprint grade.
