Opened five sample placements live and confirmed one access error; case studies are anonymised except the Clutch interview. Uncertain: the current legal entity, since the official state register could not be read and secondary sources disagree; and the real refund and dispute wording, since the application terms page returned no readable text. Published readable terms with refund, duration, and dispute cover would change the terms and buyer protection grade. More checkable named case studies would change the delivery evidence grade.
